Technical Sales Representative Internal (m/f/d)

Area of Responsibility
- Master data maintenance in the ERP inventory management system
- You provide commercial and technical advice and support to our new and existing customers
- Market observation
- Obtaining supplier quotes
- Preparation of technical quotes and follow-up on quotes
- Independent order processing and deadline monitoring
- Procurement of order-relevant components
- Project support & design in close coordination with our engineering department
- You regularly report to your sales management and participate in sales meetings
- Independent processing of complaints
- Contributing to the development of new products and extensions of our proprietary products
- Cross-departmental support in various operational areas
Requirements
- You have a successfully completed technical education, e.g., as an industrial mechanic or have further training as a mechanical engineering technician (career changers are also welcome)
- Ideally, you have professional experience in the technical field
- You have some experience in the commercial sector (not mandatory)
- You have experience in reading technical production and assembly drawings
- You are confident in using MS Office and ideally have knowledge of handling inventory management systems (ERP)
- You complete your profile with good English skills
- A forklift license is an advantage
- You are resilient and a team player with a high level of commitment
- You always work independently and carefully
