What are the properties of pure graphite?
Pure graphite seals are made from expanded graphite and offer high resistance to extreme temperatures (from -200 °C to 550 °C) as well as excellent chemical resistance to various media such as saturated steam, gases, fuels, acids, and alkalis. They are particularly pressure-resistant and suitable for demanding applications in the industry where a reliable seal is required.
