Clear view at a glance – cleaning without plant downtime
The sight glass wiper SW2 with a flexible shaft was specially developed for the manual cleaning of round sight glasses according to DIN 28120 and allows for thorough removal of deposits – even during ongoing operations and under pressure up to max. 16 barg.
Made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the SW2 impresses with high mechanical load capacity and durability – optimal for use in demanding industrial environments, for example at high temperatures, in chemical processes or in harsh outdoor areas.
Different material variants are available for the wiper blade to meet various operational conditions:
- PTFE impresses with high chemical resistance and is ideally suited for aggressive media.
- Silicone offers optimal protection for sensitive glass surfaces due to its soft and flexible nature.
In conjunction with the spraying devices of type SV1, the SW2 can unleash its full cleaning power – for even more efficient and comfortable sight window cleaning.
