Product information

The ACI spraying device SV1 is used for on-demand or continuous cleaning of glass plates in sight glass fittings. It reliably ensures a clear view of processes inside containers and plants, even under demanding operating conditions. The spraying device SV1 is suitable for operating pressures up to a maximum of 16 barg and can be used in flow sight glasses of type 320 according to DIN 28120.

Made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4571, the spraying device SV1 offers the highest chemical resistance and a maximum temperature resistance of up to 400 °C. The robust construction ensures a long service life and high reliability in daily operation.

In combination with the ACI sight glass wiper of type SGW, the spraying device SV1 achieves the best cleaning effect. The uniform distribution of liquid combined with the mechanical cleaning by the wiper allows for particularly thorough and efficient cleaning of the sight glass surface – ideal for processes where a permanently clear view is essential. We recommend using multiple spraying devices (min. 2 pieces) for nominal sizes > DN 200.
