Glass ring tubular sight glass for working pressures up to 16 barg with 360° panoramic view
The glass ring tubular sight glass type 670 is a particularly robust version of our tubular sight glasses.
Type 670 is designed for working pressures up to 16 barg and can be easily installed between flanges according to DIN EN 1092-1. Thanks to its compact design, the sight glass is ideal for retrofitting in existing systems – even in confined space conditions.
Even with larger nominal sizes, working pressures of 16 barg and more can be achieved with type 670.
The standard version with borosilicate glass is suitable for working temperatures up to 280 °C.
The sealing of the fitting is done with flat seals tailored to your needs from a wide range of materials. This includes not only the common fiber seals but also more sophisticated materials such as PTFE (Teflon®), NBR, novaphit® MST-XP, KlingerSil® C4400, and many other branded seals.
If you have even higher pressure requirements while also wanting a 360° panoramic view, we recommend our model type 671.
