Two state-of-the-art valve testing facilities at our plant in Jülich allow us to test every valve and sight glass under real conditions and in accordance with the strictest standards. This includes leak tests according to DIN EN 12266-1, X-ray and dye penetrant inspections of all cast parts, tensile and corrosion resistance tests at up to 400°C, positive material identification, and impact tests at minus 196°C. Every component can be clearly traced thanks to laser engraving or stainless steel nameplates.

State-of-the-art testing technology for maximum safety

Our production in Jülich is equipped with two state-of-the-art valve test benches. This ensures that every valve, every sight glass, and every special solution precisely meets the required standards and can withstand the highest loads in practice.

Our testing procedures at a glance:

  • 100% leak testing according to DIN EN 12266-1
  • X-ray and dye penetrant testing of all cast parts according to AD 2000 W5 and DIN EN ISO 3452-1
  • Warm tensile and corrosion resistance tests, also at temperatures up to +400 °C
  • Material identification test (PMI)
  • Charpy impact bending test down to −196 °C, especially for cryogenic applications
  • Complete traceability of all components through laser engraving or stainless steel nameplates with serial number and year of manufacture
