MAXOS® veiligheidsglazen worden overal toegepast waar processen in drukvaten onder thermische en chemische belasting betrouwbaar moeten worden bewaakt. Ze maken een veilige visuele controle mogelijk en leveren een belangrijke bijdrage aan de procesbewaking en procesveiligheid.
De hoge belastbaarheid van deze kijkglazen is gebaseerd op speciaal borosilicaatglas dat zich onderscheidt door een uitstekende chemische bestendigheid, uitzonderlijke zuiverheid en hoge homogeniteit.
Dankzij de voor borosilicaat typische lage thermische uitzetting kan het glas thermisch worden voorgespannen (gehard), waardoor het een bijzonder hoge weerstand tegen temperatuurschommelingen krijgt.
Deze combinatie van materiaaleigenschappen en thermische behandeling maakt MAXOS® kijkglazen tot een veilige en duurzame oplossing voor veeleisende industriële toepassingen.
